Rosehill 1 Inbound

Many of our interstate guests have asked for directions into Sydney. If you are travelling from Paramatta proceed as follows:

From Rosehill: Aim towards Rookwood Cemetery and head towards the factories. Next to the factories is a stagnant concrete stormwater drain called Cooks River. Follow the Cooks River to Canterbury Racecourse.

At Canterbury Racecourse: Keep following the river. Drop down underneath any low-flying jets. (Try not to drop too low or you'll scare the horses.)

Abeam the Hilton: Do whatever they tell you. For this photo, they told us to fly to Qantas Maintenance.

Final approach: Cross the main north-south runway. Before crossing, always look both ways. Parking is available straight ahead near trees at the far end of the terminal.

Ugh: That's scary!

Almost there: The helipad is in the trees in the top left of the photo.
