Cape Banks 1 Outbound

I was fortunate enough to get approval to loop around Sydney Tower and track out via Cape Banks 1. This is not the official way to track Cape Banks 1 Outbound! These instructions are only for when you do get approval!

Take off and track for the tower.

Track a little right so you can swing around to the left. (Make sure you aren't going too fast or you'll slide out into the active runway areas when you turn!)

Fly past ADC and SMC West as you cruise around to the left! (Sorry the picture is a little shaky... we were waving...)

Keep turning around the tower past ADC East and Clearance Delivery... (Click on any of the pictures to enlarge.)

	Now roll out to the right and head for the shoreline... (Yes, it looks as if we had decided to land on 16L, but honestly, the stream that we need to follow is right next to it!)

Follow the coastline out, past the container depot... (Hint: Give a wide berth to any scary-looking petroleum tanks.)

	Track out to the heads and into Victor 1.

Remember: looping around the tower is not the official way to
track Cape Banks 1 Outbound! Don't do it without approval!
